Marquee Event Catering

For all Marquee venues we will require the following:

-Catering kitchen attached to the main -marquee which includes a solid floor & lighting.
-Power Supply
-Water supply (which can be a hose pipe)
-Trestle Tables and Bar normally supplied by Marquee Company
-Power and lighting behind the bar area

For catering in a Marquee kitchen we will require the following Equipment

-Ovens
-Hot cupboards
-Stainless steel work benches
-Hot water urns
-Fridges

Delivery charges depending on location will apply, for events with very large numbers a skip may be required.
