A vegan diet consists of plants such as vegetables, fruits, pulses, grains and does not include any animal products such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy products and honey. This may seem like a limited diet to some, but with a little imagination you can create some beautiful and delicious dishes that even the non-vegans would be happy to eat!
Back 2014 the charity ‘Veganuary’ was launched, encouraging people to try a vegan diet throughout the month of January. With over 150,000 people taking part in 2018, it is set to be a record breaking year!
With this in mind and the ever growing number of people choosing veganism as a life choice, we have put together a list of our favourite vegan menu ideas, which might come in useful for your next event!
