Not only have we been blessed with incredible weather this summer, we have had the pleasure of hosting and catering for some truly fabulous events in and around Manchester! We’ve been kept on our toes with a wide range of events from a corporate client reception and a charity dinner to an Ibiza themed party and a beautiful wedding.
Wedding Anniversary BBQ
We think that you’ll agree that this beautiful home and garden in High Leigh was a perfect place to celebrate a wedding anniversary! Francs Event catering treated the guests to delicious BBQ spread including BBQ steaks, prime beef burgers, chicken brochettes, halloumi, corn on the cob, salads and strawberry tarts for dessert!
Race Track Day at Oulton Park for WPI Civil Engineering
“We just want to say a big thank you to you and your team for helping to make our Track Day at Oulton Park a huge success! The food was absolutely perfect for the occasion; you interpreted exactly what my boss had wanted; a simple BBQ buffet to match the casual yet corporate feel of the day and you understood exactly what we were aiming for and the quality and choice of food on offer was second to none.
We were particularly grateful for the extra surprises on the menu which were a very thoughtful touch, such as the amazing breakfast omelettes that were made to order by Nick and the lovely extra side dishes on offer for lunch! Our waiter was very attentive and made sure that our guests were looked after and they have literally not stopped talking about how good the food and service was and how much they enjoyed the entire day!
Keeping us all topped up with ice cold water and juice on one of the hottest days of the year was no mean feat and yet you made it look seamless! Helping us to source the desired seating for the marquee was also a huge help and one less thing that we had to worry about. We will most definitely be using your services again as you helped to take the stress out of planning this event and the seamless service on the day allowed us all to relax and just enjoy the day knowing that all our guests were well looked after! Many thanks for helping to make it a truly memorable occasion, we look forward to working with you again in the near future!”

Mobberley Wedding
Helena and Brian got married earlier in the year at Victory Hall in Mobberley and we were thrilled to be their wedding caterer of choice. The weather did us proud, allowing the bride and groom and their guests to enjoy a lamb spit roast and BBQ in the sunshine.
We loved the way they decorated the hall – a simple white theme with a touch of red picked up in the flowers, napkins and favours.
Ibiza Themed Party
“I just wanted to take the time to thank you, Nick and your team for throwing superb event for us on Saturday night. The food was of an exceptional standard, all the guests commented on the quality. I find it hard to understand how Nick and his team were able to deliver food that good to so many people from our garage.
The service was uniformly perfect no one was short of a drink, top up or food all night. All delivered with reassuring professionalism and engaging friendliness. The organisation was seamless and completely trouble free dove tailing with the other service providers. I can’t recommend Francs catering enough.”

50th Birthday Garden Party
It was such a treat being able to work out doors so much this summer, especially when the gardens were as pretty as this! Our BBQ menu was the perfect option for this relaxed 50th birthday garden party – a delicious and easy way to feed the 40 guests!
