Francs provided the food and serviced the bar at our joint 18th & 21st birthdays and 25th wedding anniversary celebration. The service provided throughout the process was thoroughly professional. Louise’s input went beyond that required giving a number of tips relating to the marquee set-up that were both functional and added nice touches to the evening. On the evening itself the small bowl food served was spot on in terms of quality, presentation and temperature (for 150+ guests). We received many compliments from guests both young and old. The bar staff and those waiting on were very polite, attentive and efficient. The clean-up process was fantastic! Would thoroughly recommend.

“Louise, Nick and team at Francs have been absolutely amazing in catering our wedding in Derbyshire in June 2019! Right from the start Louise put us at ease in terms of the planning side, helping us navigate the blank canvas venue that we had picked in Derbyshire with numerous phone calls – going above and beyond! We had canapés and a full wedding breakfast for 120 people with quite an array of dietary requirements. Not only was the food utterly delicious throughout and highly complimented, but Nick and team also had to battle pretty extreme weather conditions with a storm hitting just as we sat down to eat! We barely noticed the inclement weather, such was the smoothness of the service! Francs served all the drinks from champagne through to staffing the bar in the evening – all in good humour and they were extremely accommodating of the drinks menu we’d picked with a gin bar! The next day Francs came back and did the lions share of the cleaning up – a massive help! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Francs to anyone and would certainly use them in the future!”

“Francs catered our wedding on Saturday and it was fantastic.

Louise has been so patient and kind with us keeping up with the ever changing guest list due to Covid. The food was amazing and all the guests were so happy with what they had. They kept the canapés flowing all the way through the reception and the service of the wedding breakfast was amazing. I had people shouting to me across the room during the meal and putting their thumbs up because they loved it. She was also great with me as I have a nut allergy.

I’ve had a few comments that it was the best wedding food ever; which is amazing and the vegans and coeliacs all loved their options too. We asked for a special starter to be made for us (ham hock croquettes) and they got it absolutely bang on. The beef main was so tender and the portion sizes were very generous. The Banksys street food airstream trailer went down and absolute treat in the evening and people loved it. The fries were so delicious and everyone commented on the burgers.

I hope this review has done Louise and her staff the justice they deserve – I would recommend Francs to everyone and anyone.”

“Francs catered the garden party at our home for my 50th birthday party. Their ability to organise everything take a great weight off of our shoulders and ensured that the event was a great success. The food was excellent and the staff did a great job, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone agreed that it was the best party ever. So when it came to holding our 25th Wedding Anniversary garden party at Greenacres it was an easy decision to call on the expertise of Francs again. Despite our having high expectations Nick, Louise and the team exceeded them at every turn. Once again they took responsibility for every detail. Marquees, tables, tableware, flowers, lighting even a generator. Again nothing was too much trouble and every detail was thought through. The day itself simply could not have been any better. The food was nothing short of stunning. Everyone in the team took it upon themselves to ensure that every single guest was made to feel special. Nick and Louise worked tirelessly to ensure that our 25th Wedding Anniversary took on the mantel of the best party ever. My wife Karen and I cannot thank them enough and recommend them to you without reservation”
